SF04 Primary User/Customers

Rate Plans are created to provide discounted rate to a customer against a supplier
On this screen, you can create new rate plan or view/edit existing rate plans for customers.
1. Create New Rate Plan
a. Click on Select Customer to select the customer
b. Click on Create New Plan… 
c. Select the desired Fuel supplier
d. Select the Pricing Method (Husky and Ultramar suppliers have “Cost Plus” as their standard pricing method).
i. If you select “Cost Plus”, you are required to enter Inflate Cost and Cost Plus. 
ii. If you select “Retail Minus”, you are required to enter Profit Cap and Retail Minus.
iii. If you select “Better off”, you are required to enter Inflate Cost, Cost Plus, Profit Cap and Retail Minus.
e. Select Plan Start Date (you cannot select a previous date)
f. Select Send Fuel Prices on, to send pricing file to the customer for this supplier.
g. Enter the semi colon separated (;) email addresses which would receive the pricing file. If this is blank, the pricing file will be sent to the default email set on Add Customer screen.
h. Select the product codes which you want to send in the pricing file. If none is selected, all product codes are sent.
i. Click Save
Note: After creating a new rate plan, the system will make previous rate plan inactive for this supplier and customer and this new rate plan will be effective from its start date
2. View Existing Rate Plans
a. Click on Select Customer to select the customer and view all the rate plans 

3. Edit Rate Plan
a. Click on the gear icon    of the desired rate plan
b. Click on   Edit Rate Plan
c. Make the required changes
d. Click on Update
4. Delete Rate Plan
a. Click on the gear icon    of the desired rate plan
b. Click on      Delete Rate Plan
c. On Delete Rate Plan screen, click Yes
            Note: A Rate Plan cannot be changed or deleted if transaction exists against that rate plan.
