Billing cycle specifies when system will generate invoices for the customers. Billing cycle section has been illustrated in following screen shot:
- Monthly: Invoices will be generated on first day of every month.
- BI-Weekly: Invoices will be generated twice in a month after every fortnight. New invoice is generated after 15 days of end date of pervious invoice.
- Weekly: If user selects weekly then weekday list shows on. In this case invoices will be generated every week on selected days. For example if user selects Monday and Wednesday, then invoices will be generated on Monday and Wednesday every week.
