Prompts Policies are a group of prompts that can be assigned to each cards. Each prompts policy will have a few mandatory prompts and some optional prompts. All polices that are defined in Manage Prompt Policies page are listed here. User can select one or all of them. If more than polices are selected then secondary client is given an option to choose a prompt policy while assigning a card. If only one policy is selected then that prompt policy is enforced on secondary client i.e. secondary client does not have option to choose policy in this case.
