SwissFuel is an automated fuel card management system with automated invoicing and customer management. It allows the user:

2. to sell fuel cards
3. to manage card operations e.g. activation, deactivation or setting various limits on cards
4. to create exciting deals (retail minus, cost plus or better of) for prospective customers according to their purchase volume
5. and to analyze business via comprehensive reports.

 Following are few tasks that software can automatically perform without any human interaction:

1. Automatically receives daily discounted prices from fuel suppliers. These pricing files contain prices according to the deal set with suppliers. Software is capable to handle all pricing methods e.g. Retail Minus, Cost Plus or Better Off etc.
2. Automatically receives transactions for all purchases made through fuel cards.
3. All transactions are then are invoiced automatically to customers according to their individualized selling plan.
