In order to create a Pre-Paid customer in the fuel portal.We cannot set the minimum wallet balance to 0.
If we set the minimum wallet balance to '0', system considers it to be $1000 as the minimum wallet balance by default.
We should keep the value for the same as $1 or $0.01.
For Example :-
If the user wants that
a minimum wallet balance of all the prepaid customers to be 1000$ &
a minimum wallet balance per card to be 400$.
