To add new policy in customer's account click on 'Load New Policies in Customer Account'. This will open 'New Customer Limit Policies' dialog box. Select the correct account to see policies.
If an account code is not visible in the 'Select Policy Type' section then open Policy Operations page, select accounts that are missing in policy type list, and click on 'Sync policies from cloud'.
Note: Policies that are already assigned to the selected customer will not be visible in the list.
