There are following cases where you can get some duplicate transactions. (This applies to EFS transactions only):
- If the merchant/partner processes a second trans with a different invoice number. So, if you are seeing duplicated transaction then check the invoice number by the fuel vendor.
- If someone processes a transaction manually by calling EFS's customer Service/AM team or manually from the EFS portal, then you may see duplicate transaction.
If you see a duplicate transaction and you are sure that it is duplicate then you can dispute transaction with EFS.
