Swiss Fuel Primary User's Manual

Perform following steps to add missing truck stop codes:

1. Login to Swiss Fuel portal.
2. Click on Miscellaneous menu and select  'Add New Truck Stop Codes' option. 
3. In the resulting page select fuel vendor. This will list missing truck stop codes for the selected fuel vendor. The table may list same site number (truck stop) more than once. If you have both EFS and Comdata integration for a fuel vendor, you will see same location listed twice, one for EFS and other for Comdata.
4.  Account Code columns shows account codes associated with truck stop. Identify the account code that you are entering data for. If account code relates to EFS then type EFS truck stop code in 'Truck Stop Code' column, if account code relates to Comdata, then type Comdata truck stop code in 'Truck Stop Code' column. Address, City and State columns are also required.
5. Once done, click on Save in the far right column of the table to save changes. Please review your entry carefully before you click on Save. Once saved, you cannot modify entry. All saved entries will be removed from table instantly.
