Move Card option is used to move card from one customer to other or from one policy to other policy. This option behaves according to card type. If card does not directly relate to EFS, i.e. coming from a parent company, then card cannot be moved from one policy to other policy. In this case:
- Move To Policy list is not visible.
- Move Type list is disabled. Only 'Move from One Customer to Other' option is available.
If a card directly belongs to EFS then, Move to Policy list is visible and lists all policies assigned to the customer according to card type. User can select a new customer and a policy to which it wants card be moved to.
In any case a card can be moved from one customer to other customer only if it does not have any transactions. If a card has transactions then card will not be allowed to move from one customer to other customer.
