Default out of network fee must be defined immediately after getting this feature. This is required to hide actual buying price from end customer. Rate plan is deactivated to close a deal with a customer. In absence of rate plans customer is invoiced on retail price. System does not receive retail price for some fuel vendors. In absence of retail price and rate plan customer is invoiced on the actual buying price plus out of network fee. If out of network fee is not defined for the customer and there is no default network fee is defined, then your customer will see your actual buying price on the invoice. So, defining default network is a must to use this feature.
