Swiss Fuel Primary User's Manual

This screen shows details of Comcheks issued to a card associated with the driver who requested for it.

This screen displays the ComChek information for Comdata cards. A ComChek with active status means that no transaction has been conducted by it, hence it can be blocked/cancelled. A ComChek with used status cannot be blocked/cancelled

1. All Customers - Click on All Customers to select the customer name and view its ComCheks only
2. Search… - This option is used to find a particular ComChek information.

   Please follow the instructions below-

   1. Click on Search…
   2. Enter criteria like sequence number, first name, last name, employee no, Vehicle no
   3. Click on Apply Filter

       

3. Block this ComChek… - This option is used to block a ComChek

   Please follow the instructions below-

   1. Click on gear iconof the desired ComChek
   2. Click on Block this ComChek
   3. Click on Yes
4. Cancel this ComChek… - This option is used to cancel a ComChek

   Please follow the instructions below-

   1. Click on gear icon of the desired ComChek
   2. Click on Cancel this ComChek
   3. Click on Yes

       

5. Form View - Click onForm View to view details of a particular ComChek

    

6. View Transactions - Click onView Transactions to view list of all ComChek transactions by the selected ComChek.
