This setting is only applicable if you manage EFS cards on this portal or would want to allow one time cash load on your EFS cards.
It restricts customer’s access to Load Cash options. Customer is able to see or to use Load Cash options only if “Allow Load Cash Access” box is checked in “Add Customer” window.
