SF04 Primary User/Release Notes

Sprint 67 includes small but important updates that improve accuracy in transactions, customer communication, payment tracking, and system cleanup. These updates help users get correct tax details, clear payment statuses, and ensure smoother operations.

๐Ÿ”„ Cards Module

  • 9500: Show 'Running' Cards Under ‘Others’ Instead of ‘Blocked’
Cards marked as Running will now be listed under "Others" in filters, instead of showing up as "Blocked", making the card list more accurate and easier to understand.

๐Ÿ’ณ Payments Module

  • 9949: UI to View Payment Status
A new user interface has been added so users can easily check the status of all payments, making it simpler to track payment progress and resolve issues quickly.

๐Ÿงพ Transaction Cost Price Enhancements

  • 11180 & 11181: Save Tractor & Reefer Cost Prices
We now store separate cost prices for Tractor and Reefer fuel units in two key processes:

    • When inserting new transactions.

    • When parsing compiled transactions.
This helps with more detailed fuel cost tracking.

๐Ÿ“ค ESSO Price File Update

  • 11289: ESSO Price File Moved to SFTP
ESSO price files are now downloaded via SFTP (more secure) instead of older methods. This improves security and reliability of price updates.

๐Ÿ’ต Billing Accuracy Improvements

  • 11309: Fix for 0 Selling Price in Invoices
Fixed a bug where some invoices were showing 0 as the selling price when a certain setting was turned off. Prices now show correctly.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Date Handling in EFS Transactions

  • 11333: Use POS Date for EFS Transaction Sync
EFS live transactions now use the Point of Sale (POS) date instead of the transaction upload date for syncing.
This ensures that records match what was billed at the fuel pump.

  • 11041: Billing on POS Date, Pricing on Transaction Date
In EFS, billing now happens on POS date, while prices are still applied based on transaction date, ensuring correct reporting and calculations.
