This report allows you to review the trips associated with a card, indicating the automatic card update status by the system based on the current trip.
Please be advised that if you notice that a previous trip for a card does not have a TripComplete status in this report but the trip has been actually completed, such instances are expected when the dispatch team create and activates another trip before marking the previous trip as "complete" or a new trip has been activated within 5 minutes of marking the previous trip as "Complete".
