Action column in Cash Advance History page show entry type. There are following two types of entries are shown in this page:
- WDRW: Acronym of Withdrawal. This is set in following two cases:
- When user unloads cash from a card (from EFS Cards page), then the entry is listed as WDRW.
- Once cash is loaded on a card then it is available for 48 hours only. If customer does not use cash (fully or partially) then it is automatically withdrawn by the system to expire a load-cash entry. If customer has partially used the loaded cash amount then balance is withdrawn. For all automated withdrawals, 'User Type' column shows 'System' user and 'Reference' column shows 'One time cash expired.'.
- LOAD: When cash is loaded on a card (from EFS Cards page) then the entry is listed as LOAD on this page.
