Due date is the last date by which customer must pay the invoice. Grace days are number of days that are added in the invoice date to calculate due date. If invoices are required to be paid on same day, then set grace days to zero.
Note: While generating ACH file number of graces are added into invoice date to get value for Day column in the file.
