Why are some pages unresponsive when opened?
This issue persists with Chrome browser where browser version is lower than 93.0.4577.63. Updating browser to latest version will automatically fix this issue. Perform following steps to update browser:
- Click on settings icon (three vertical dots) in top right corner, hover mouse pointer our Help and click on About Google Chrome... This will automatically check browser version and will update browser to latest version.
- Once updated Chrome will show Relaunch button. Clicking on Relaunch button will close the browser and will reopen it. In some cases Chrome fails to relaunch and keeps showing same help page. In this case restarting your computer will fix the issue.
If problem still persists then a support ticket will be required. In that case we have to see your computer on a remote tool to diagnose the issue.
Note: As a temporary solution you can open chrome browser in Incognito mode and login to portal. Alternately you can use Firefox browser to log into the portal.
