The state of the checkbox shows whether a policy has been downloaded to the Swiss fuel portal or not.

Not synced : The policy has not been synced from the EFS portal to the Swiss Fuel portal.
Synced
:
The policy has been synced from the EFS portal to the
Swiss Fuel portal.
Select or Unselect
Check the checkboxes corresponding to each EFS policy that you want to sync and click the
button to sync them.
*Note : Syncing policies can take a while. It is recommended to only choose up to 5 policies at once.
