Manage Rate Plans

SF04 Primary User

Rate plans are pricing methods defined for your customers. Following are some key points that may require your attention:

  1. Different rate plans are defined for different suppliers. If you want to apply retail prices on all truck stops of a supplier then, do not define rate plans. This is called black listing of a fuel supplier. Please note that if you have 'Out of network' option turned on, then out of network charges will be applied on top of retail price if a card is used for a fuel supplier if no rate plan exist for it.
  2. If there are more than one account codes for a single contract then rate plans differ according to the account code.
  3. Rate plans defined for one account code and for one fuel supplier applies to all truck stops of the fuel supplier.
  4. Rate plans can individually be defined for every truck stop. In this case all truck stops that have separate rate plan will use prices specially defined for them and rest of the truck stops will use default prices.

Before you proceed, you must understand how location/site wise pricing work. Please refer to section Location Wise Pricing.

Note: If location wise pricing option is missing then please contact your project coordinator.
