This screen displays information of all Comdata Cards.

All Customers - Click on All Customers to select the customer name and view its cards only
2. Activate or Block - This option is used to activate or block multiple ComData cards at a time
Please follow the instructions below-
- Select the card(s) on that you want to activate or block
- Click on Activate or Block.
- On Activate/Block Selected Cards screen,
- Select Activate Status if you want to activate the selected cards.
- Select Block Status if you want to block the selected cards.
- In case of blocking cards, enter the reason for blocking in the Reason to Block Card section
- Select Activate all selected cards/Block all selected cards

3. Issue Cards… - This option is used to issue new cards to a customer

Please follow the instructions below-
- Click on Issue Cards…
- On Issue Cards screen, select the customer name from the Select Customer list. The Comdata CustIds for this customer will be displayed in the Select Customer ComdataCustId list
- Select the desired ComdataCustId (if multiple Comdata CustIds exist for this customer)
- Enter all the card numbers in the Card No section. After entering each card number, press enter and then, enter the next card number
- Please confirm that the number of cards you would like to issue is equal to the number you see in Total Number of Cards section
- Click on Issue Cards
Please note all issued cards are in new and blocked state.
4. Choose Columns… - Click on Choose Columns… to select the columns that you would like to view on this page every time you visit this page. You can change this setting at any time.
5. Search… - This option is used to find a particular card information.
Please follow the instructions below-
- Click on Search…
- Enter criteria like fuel card number, first name, last name, employee no, vehicle no. , block reason
- Click on Apply Filter
6. Update Limits - This option is used to set limits for multiple cards of a customer at a time
Please follow the instructions below-
- Click on Update Limits…
- On Update Limits screen, select Customer name from the list
- Select the type of limit you would like to change. The maximum limit that can be set will be displayed adjacent to the type when you select it.
- Select the cards for which you would like to change the limit by checking off the respective checkbox.
- Click on Update Limit
7. Activate - It is used to activate a card.
8. Block - It is used to block a card.
9. Card Access Denied - This is displayed when card is lost.
10. Advanced Edit - It is used to update the card details.

Please follow the instructions below -
- Click on gear iconof the desired card
- Click onAdvanced Edit
- Click on Update Card after making the required changes
- Undo All - This option is used to reset the screen changes
- Pin Set - This option is used to update the pin of the card.
Please follow the instructions below to set a card’s pin -
- Click on Pin Set
- Enter New Pin
- Enter Confirm New Pin
- Click Set
- Pin Reset - This option is used to reset the pin of the card, i.e. delete it so that a new pin can be assigned later
11. Form View - Click on Form View to view the card’s details in read only format
