How overall limit is calculated?
SF04 Primary User/Reports
All numbers are converted to USD to calculate overall limit. Forex rate comes with the transaction. If a transaction does not have any forex rate, then forex rate prevailing on the transaction date is used. Software automatically updates daily forex rates. If software fails to update forex rate then an email is sent to specified users. Users enter this rate by clicking on two conversion links under Users drop down list in navigation bar
Fuel Transactions: Transactions from Live Transactions list (only for last 24 hours) and Transactions List are combined and total transacted amount is deducted from available overall limit.
Chek Transactions: Only those cheks are considered to exhaust overall limit that have not been invoiced yet. if a chek is active and can be used by the customer, then its full issued amount is deducted from available overall limit. If a chek has been expired and cannot be used by the customer, then only transacted amount is used to exhaust available overall limit.
