This sprint focused on improving pricing accuracy, data exception handling, driver/card limit management, and invoice exports.
We delivered major enhancements to the Data Exceptions page, QuickBooks export logic, EFS card limit updates, and Live Transactions reports.
A critical issue affecting the Transaction List display was also fixed.

Enhancements

1. Live Transactions Improvements (WI 11486)

• Updated Live Transactions pages and reports to support recent backend changes.

• Improved limits reporting to show accurate values.

2. Fuel Supplier Price File Improvements (WI 11868)

• Removed outdated dependencies on old pricing method fields.

• Ensures price files are generated using correct supplier Comdata configurations.

• Fixes previously incorrect retail price/savings appearing in files.

3. Data Exceptions Page Enhancements

Overall Improvements (WI 12194)

• Transaction number added to Missing Items screen for easier tracking.

• Best Price now updates instantly when entering base price or taxes.

• Page visibility now depends on user rights or admin access.

• Tabs show only when relevant based on settings (e.g., SkipTransIfPriceNotFound).

User Rights for Data Exceptions (WI 12200)

• Added specific user permissions.

• Page and link only appear for authorized users or admins.

New “Locations with Missing Prices” Tab (WI 12204)

• Shows accounts expected to receive prices today but did not.

• Shows locations that had prices yesterday but not today.

4. QuickBooks Invoice Enhancements

Start/End Date on Invoices (WI 12236)

• Exported invoices now include both Start Date and End Date fields.

Improved Line Item Descriptions (WI 12237 & 12238)

• Invoices now show full, meaningful descriptions (e.g., “Esso portal – Sale of Fuel”).

• Province included in grouping logic.

• Accurate quantity and amount are maintained.

Commission Line & Actual Quantities (WI 12247)

• Each product now exports two lines:

  1. Cost

  2. Commission (margin)

• Actual Tractor/Reefer/DEF quantities and amounts are included.

Bug Fixes

1. Transaction List Not Showing Transactions (WI 12277)

• Fixed issue where transactions were missing when certain selling price fields were null and fuel gallons = 0.

• All valid transactions now appear correctly in the Transaction List.
